About the Project
DFA was approached to strategize the program of a multi-use development for a site that came with strict parking requirements and a height limit. Specifically, the client’s goals were to study and understand how three scenarios—hotel plus residential, residential plus hotel or all residential—would impact the pro-forma. Through a range of massing and programming studies, DFA oversaw strategic programming studies to reconcile the parking requirements while at the same time designing a significant architectural destination within the expanding Wynwood Art District footprint.
